New Trust Centre Booking
It is the responsibility of the person(s) using the accommodation to ensure that:
- They are on time for the person who is opening up
- They close at the agreed time unless otherwise agreed with the key holder
- Any faults, damage, concerns are reported to the person locking up and the church office - 01902 453 190, within 24 hours. The cost for any damage will be deducted from the Booking Fee.
- Fees are paid before the booking date otherwise usage may be denied.
- Security Bond (£100.00)
- Caretaker Fee (£20.00)
- Booking Fee (£50.00)
- Fees per hour (£35.00)
- Hall and kitchen (£40.00)
- Kitchen only (£30.00)
The Total fee is to be paid before the booked date otherwise use of the property may not be permitted.
You will be given a contact number in case of an emergency.
PLEASE NOTE: Smoking and the consumption of Alcohol is not permitted in the building.
